his toe is visible just above the curser. The first time I did the quest, I spent hours exploring trying to find a room above the room he is supposed to be in. I finally resorted to the web where there was a screen shot from the xbox server that clued me into the fact that he should be in the room. The fact that his toe is visible is enough to complete the quest. The quest comes up every 8 or so days, so closing tickets in 4 days is not a good thing in my opinion....
