✭✭✭On PC you stand near the player, target them, hold 'F' and select trade on the wheel.
Don't know how it works in consoles.2 -

✭Honestly it's a little cumbersome. After a dungeon it would be nice to go to the Group tab, right-click a member and hit trade but instead you have to run around and find the person in the group.1
