Game pulls 100% GPU

Ever since my windows updated to version 1909 a few days ago the game will periodically pull 100% of my GPU and lock up my computer. Is this a windows issue? Has anyone else had this happening? I googled and found nothing. How do I fix this?

I've also noticed Desktop Window Manager pulls a ton of memory now also and can't find a fix for that either. I'm about to roll back this latest update.

Since your entire PC is locking up, you should check to ensure the latest Windows update ran correctly on your PC.

I rolled back the update and let it run again. The computer does not freeze now but ESO still pulls 100% of my GPU quite frequently.

After rolling back the update, you may want to try repairing game files or even a reinstall of ESO to try and improve the GPU performance.

I tried the suggestions but it still randomly pulls 100% GPU which bogs down the game and makes my fans rev as the temp shoots up. The only way I can get it to stop is shut down the game and start it up again.

Thank you for the update. At this point you should go ahead and open a ticket with customer support so this performance issue can be investigated in more detail.
