So, while it may look nice on the screen in game, that Argonias have 1K health, mag and now also stam - this bonus to stamina wont make Argonians good stam dps. It is a terrible trade-off. In fact Argonians are still the worst dps race overall. Other races got bonuses to spell or weapon dmg. Orc for example - Swift Warrior now gives you spell dmg too, which makes Orc better healer than Argonian... Which I hope says something about how bad Argonian passive are right now (if they went live that is).
In short, Argonians still are irrelevant race when it comes to DPS, but now they are even worse & less relevant for Tank & healer as their main sustain passive was cut by 30%.
Oh and btw this 6% healing bonus is still laughable....
Edit:
It seems that due to new CP system we gonna get even more max resources. So that max resources bonuses are kinda weak as it will be easier to get that 30K+ stam or mag. So again... terrible trade-off...

But yeah I'm also happy about the change like the OP because it's probably the start of a better set of argonian passives. I don't only play argonian but my main is one.

Yeah but i hated that you basically have to chug a potion every 45 seconds then to feel like you have more sustain. i want more always active stats

Its okay with potion passives. Drinking potion is a base mechanics in this game. You can't say its expenisive or soemthing there a tons of drop potions. Argonians are never an assassins or thieves race(they are actually more mages in that case). They are VERSATILE race. Despite the fact they have a best assassins/nightblades in whole Tamriel - the Shadowscales, but its an elite and minor caste. Argonians are superior mages, good warriors with excellent survivability and have some features that helps them to advances in rogue style.
Problem that argonians just need to be buffed right now not paying attention to any balance. Cause it was what ZOS done for other races. I say it since i have 16 characters and almost all of them are magicka or stamina dd.

Their racial bonuses in the previous titles lean towards stealth/rogue by far. I didn't just pull that out of my ass lol

They're a hybrid rogue race based on racials. That's why I suggested spell/weapon damage passives for ESO.

But having to chug a potion every 45 seconds is pretty much adding another skill to your rotation, I mean, since launch I can probably count on one hand the amount of potions I've used.
The only people using potions at that rate are hardcore pve players looking to break records or hardcore PvP players wearing Clever Alchemist.
Yeah you are supposed to use potions on cooldown (or in the situation with clever alchemist on your burst window’s cooldown)YandereGirlfriend wrote: »Carthelion wrote: »I've never understood the potion passive tbh. Potions are meant to be used by everyone not just Argonians.
If you're not using them then you're intentionally playing contrary to how the game has been balanced and also intentionally playing inefficiently.
