Is there a Stamina-based set that is similar to the "Cyrodiil's Light" set?

Maintenance for the week of April 14:
• PC/Mac: No maintenance – April 14
• Xbox: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – April 16, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC)
• PlayStation®: NA and EU megaservers for maintenance – April 16, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) - 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC)

I was wondering if there's a set out there that does for Stamina builds what the "Cyrodiil's Light" set does for Magicka builds.

    Not really. It's such a niche set, with only having a handful of skills in the game to apply to. For stam, I think it would literally only apply to jabs or wrecking blow.
