HA should return the highest/toggled resource

Thus everyone can use the weapons they want for the build they want. And the game really becomes play however you want. Simple as.

This is important. At least two of six magicka classes play as melee, so we need the melee magicka weapons. The game is heading towards all weapons for all roles, by combining critical, healing, penetration, even making stamina healing viable. The last step is to allow HA return whatever resource we choose or need. Toggle or return the highest resource.

I actually Play destro/s&b on most of my magicka chars so i can restore both.

When i now only get magicka from my heavy attacks in sword and board my stamina gets depleted pretty fast and i die to the next stun.....

I agree with OP that it would be nice if it were available, but also it would hurt some people's existing playstyle as you describe.

What if this were added to a Psijic skill or something? Does anybody use Crushing Weapon with the new Crystal Weapon and Stonefist? Does anybody use Mend Spirit over Symbiosis?

Thats actually a really interesting idea.

I have for instance my warden tank, which seems to need a lot of magica to operate at max tonking capacity (yes I know I could build differently, thats not the point)... so Im kinda forced into using an ice staff backbar for the simple reason that I cannot risk being left with no way to regain magica fast. I like ice staffing, but itd be nice not to have to need it so much.
