"The Thin Ones" - Cultist Gorag won`t appear, quest can´t be completed!

The quest in Shadowfen/Stillrise Village can´t be completed, since the appearance of Gorag the cultist is bugged. The player has to kill him in order to continue, but this NPC just won´t show up. Soft Reset, /reloadui and abandoning and retake the quest ist not solving the issue. Please fix this bug!

    Have you tried being at the location and logging out and logging back in (rather than just reloadui)?

    There are occassional rendering bugs that reloadui won't fix.

    Sure I did.

    And after reading the chat and seeing the large amount of players ingame who also can´t continue the quest...this really seems to be a bigger bug, since I´m not the only one who´s affected.
