Hello,
When I use the decisive trait it is increases my chance at getting an Ultimate. Does this mean when I accumulate an ultimate, and I use it, I will still have one waiting? ie. I could fire them back to back? Or do ultimates use up stam/magicka - so I would need enough to fire them back to back?
Or do I have this wrong?
Legendary shows a 55% chance of getting another one. Seems very high.

No, it will give you bonus points towards building your next ultimate.
