Request for Housing Guest

I would like to request a ghost housing guest, kinda like the non-combat ghost cat but as a person. it can be a phantom that would fade in, fade out as it walks around the house.

This could be interesting, could be a character related to a house or could be like in the Imperial New Life festival quest, characters we may have interacted with in quests that are now ghosts.
