I've been getting that off and on in PvE areas. There has been a definite degradation of service since the recent storms hit Texas. I've also seen a variety of different internet issues outside of ESO that could be related to the issues in Texas.

When midyear mayhem was on it was fine. No one complained then coz it was fun to gank pve players at guest locations.
Its strange how lag magically appears when there's less people playing and they actually fight back. PVPers lmao
