Arx Corinium drawbridge

Hello,

In Arx Corinium there is a drawbridge which is up...how do I get it to go down? I don't see any switch.
Bugged, or did I miss something?

    There is a switch to the drawbridge in Sliklenia the Songstress Room!

    Yes, it looks like a sewer drain hatch or something, its right behind her spawn.
