You basically make 9 burner accounts yourself during a free to play event, then join the guild headed by your main account. Are you worried that "me, myself, and I" are going to gang up against your main account?

Guild bank benefits aside, I really enjoyed that event, I don't think we've seen another that brought the servers together like that.
