Varlaisvea Ayleid Ruins - Seaside Spa Custom Build

I made an Alinor-inspried seaside spa at the new Varlaisvea Ruins home on the PTS!
The views are stunning and there are so many places in this new home to decorate and build in.
I used 523 slots for this build, so there's still lots of wiggle room to fill it out even more. I know as well as anybody that the furnishing limit is frustrating to work within, but I wanted to share this to show that you can still make some really cool stuff at a home like this and not have it feel empty; it just takes a bit of creativity and sectioning off of areas.

Yes, there definitely is. The new Markarth platforms match the Ayleid stone very well and you could use them to extend the flat square footage for crafting stations. I could totally see it being an interesting guild hall but it'll take a little creativity to make it as straightforward and accessible as Earthtear.
