White stone wall options

For one of the builds I’m working on I would like to have tall white stone walls — at least twice as tall as the Alinor “fence” furnishing. One option of course would be to stack them, but I am eager to know if any of the new Markarth/Dwemer structural furnishings would be another. It looks like the new wall will be short, but perhaps one of the platforms or its underside?

the underside of one of the platfroms is white brick so could work and the platform is massive.

Taller, yes. But also quite chonky. So if you need height without adding massive width then the Markarth platforms won't be any better than the Alinor ones. The annoying thing about the Alinor Fence stacking imo is that they are not even throughout but get narrower at the top, so stacking them looks weird, or you need to stack them at half-height.

If you're not too attached to *plain* white stone walls - then the geometric white-and-gold Markarth items (3, 4) might be a good thin and tall option. Or the Solitude Platform, which is white and blue (and thin and tall but one side is wood - 7).

Brilliant! Thank you so much for showing them all side-by-side!

I’d forgotten how much wider the Alinor fence was at the base and was thinking the could stack alright if the bottom one was turned upside-down but it would be a very strange looking wall with a bulge in the middle!

I’m using the Alinor ballroom flooring and my primary concerns are that the wall be tall and work with the floor. In that context, the Solitude platform didn’t look right to me, but I think the Markarth white and gold might look quite nice, perhaps using the walkways in combination. :)

Thank you again for the information and recommendations, @bluebird and @kaisernick!
