Claim your free pet today. Just log in, go to the crown store and enter this simple 20 digit number.
20 frigging digits. They are having a laugh, that will take me all day to enter.

Are they hoping we will get to tiered and our fingers to bloody half way through entering the code to not bother claiming it?

Sorry, I just thought this amusing. a 20 digit code for a free pet.

    On PC/Mac, you can cut and paste into that text box. On consoles, well, please accept my condolences for a lot more than the hassle of typing a 20 digit code. :smile:

    I received that code , i tried to enter it , but i got an error about the code . still waiting for customer support to reply .

    You got them reversed, but yes, copy/paste worked just fine for me.

    They are probably still sticking the codes on the pets. Must be a bugger if they keep moving around the pen.

    My code still hasn't arrived. You would think with all the practice ZOS has had they would have figured out how to deliver the codes in an efficient and timely manner.

    If you verified your email with ESO and opted in for marketing emails you would receive a code for a free pet. Here's the article if you want details;

    I got the code but it doesn't work for me. 'Your code failed to redeem' is what I get.

    If you are experiencing an issue with your code, then be sure to try manually typing it in and not copy/pasting it. Redeeming this on our website instead of in-game can also resolve this issue.

    Entering the code through the website worked for me. I didn't try to do it in-game even though the instructions say you have to, because I'd already seen forum posts about that being incorrect.

    Check in game. Most of the time I don't need to actually enter the code, the email is just a receipt but they've already added the code for me.
