Judging by how clothes work in the game, I don't think it would be possible to add something like this

The earlier meshes on Argonian set outfits could work with this.

The top looks like Fang Lair, and the bottom is still a floor length skirt that would behave badly when you run.

Racial style? I mean, I don't recall something having long skirt that looks like the photo. The cut looks hard to implement.

What's wrong with scarves? I'm actually pretty happy that they started adding scarves to outfit styles because they are exactly what I've been missing in my fashion builds.

Okay we all laughed at this but I'm genuinely curious how some of these clothing designs get approved when they look so bad.

no, its only floor length on the right.

anyway they are the computer people. let them figure out how to add more keypoints or something. The dresses look lovely, then you move... and its like you are wearing a cardboard tent.

Do some minor changes, like: Less draped look, make it some natural fabric with a geometric border on it (Instead of that awful pink sparkly stuff), and voila. It's argonian casual wear.

Well, I like several of the dresses that have been added, including the most recent one. I don’t expect deformations and animations to be physics based anymore than I expect windnlown hair in an MMO — but I’m glad I can create my characters with long hair nonetheless.

More options are good and you could almost create what you wanted I think if only we could hide hip flaps (fang lair, as others have pointed out).

Y'know, I'm kinda sick of my Cyrod Gentry’s Town-Gown by now. Back then it was the only one I found with some sort of balance between design and the open area to see the coloured skin underneath. Looks really awesome with Meridia Purified skin as the "unlit" parts remain covered while the rest is visible.

I was hoping Nocturnal's dress would be a good replacement, but the design is hideous, it looks like it was just slapped together, hastily and carelessly.

I actually like a few of the dresses in this game, but when ZOS introduced the Vampire Noble outfit I was sure we were getting an amazing gothic dress. Instead..... we got the Dark Passions Regalia.

Ever see what a character with long hair that isnt tied up looks like when riding a horse at gallop
basically cardboard flap hair

This is why we dont have capes in the game, the would look like cardboard coming out of your neck

No, but if I do it has to be most beautiful, shiny and flashy garbage bags possible. The style is wrong, the embroidery is wrong, the overall appearance of the material looks plastic, like a garbage bag.
