I'm wondering if this quirky little feature added in Greymoor might need an update. It was kind of a gimmick at first, but now it has become nothing more than an annoyance. Being unable to talk to certain NPCs doesn't really do anything gameplay wise, and there seem to be situations where it's kinda forgotten about.
I think if it were to be updated, a few things could make it more immersive for those that want it, and less annoying for those that don't.
1. Bankers, everywhere, without exception, are excluded. It is irritating that I have to zone out of Western Skyrim to sell on the guild trader, because Hypnosis still does not hit those NPCs. Yet some bankers aren't affected by my vampyric nature at all (like those in Alinor) - But, maybe some bankers comment on you being a vampire, without excluding you from doing business.
2. Maybe certain merchants be excluded as well. Although I don't think I ran across a special merchant that didn't want to talk to me. I am especially popular with the Impresario.
3. Hypnosis applies a temporary buff on the player that excludes all NPCs from seeing you as a monster. No more having to squeeze between an NPC and a wall because they are facing backward just to get them hypnotized so you can purchase 540 Molybdenum and set up your week of crafting writs.
Also I just like being Stage 4 all the time, Naruto sprinting into invisibility, hissing at random people cuz I gotta flaunt my cute fangs, and being a sneaky creature.
I simp for vampire lords and Glemyos Wildhorn
