Can we hardcore nerf 2-hand executioner already?

    This skill is bread and butter for stamina players. Without it, everyone would play magsorc. The scaling is needed as stamina set up generally doesn't hit as hard as mag abilities.

    There’s something far wrong with your build if you’re getting hit that hard by an execute when you’re high health. Either that or you’re giving false information here.

    My tank got 8k dmg in recap last night ...
    7 impen , heavy , 33k resistance and blocking ROFL !

    Not always hit like this , but it's still terrible .

    Its the same with snipe and what do we get on PTS 21% nerf for snipe. Well at this point nerf 2h to oblivion :#

    I think it's totally fine for dedicated execute abilities to be common or nearly universal: a dedicated execute is pretty important in pvp. It's like magplars running radiant oppression or magsorcs running endless fury- those executes are no brainers it's part of the bursty pvp dynamic.

    how bout we quit asking for nerfs and maybe ask for new spammables. stam literally have dizzy/execute as main skills due to the lack of options. just as templar falls to jabs, nb to focused aim or surprise attack, etc.... we are working with whats available which is slim pickings.

    learn to heal/dodge or give a valid other option....

    Think the problem is that these abilities ARE spammable. Maybe get rid of the spammables and focus more on actually playing your character rather than spamming one to two buttons.

    Honestly, when I stopped playing 3 years ago, 2H was relegated to PVP Proc sets. I can run around on my stamsorc running DW/2H or Bow/Bow builds now and am not relegated to DW/Bow. As a stam sorc you can use 2H/Bow, DW/Bow, 2h/Dw, Bow/Bow. Don't like using 2H, use DW instead.

    If the skill is worth casting only when target is really low on health as 99% of posters here say, just make it even with all other instant executes and make scaling flat 450% more damage to targets below 25%, nobody would care after all since above that HP range executioner supposedly hits like a wet noodle.
    "We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available."
    — They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.

    So nerf something because players don't want to watch their defense by making sure they don't fall into execute range and want to build for max damage because they were supposed to be the top Rambo. ;)

    After playing in the imperial city for over a week... almost all attacks on me are executioner, and they all do incredible amounts of damage in comparison to any other skills. Even players who aren't two handed switch to two-handed to use it. So yes, it is broken and needs to be fixed.

    I use dual wield, and it's crazy how useless it is in comparison. It doesn't even have cc to help it's own passives. Also one hidden dagger morph should just be the gapcloser imo.

    Is this rotation all the time.

    But get a magdk for exemplo.

    I'd rather see some of these ambient damage shields reduced to near-nothing in PvP. Sorc comes to mind. And is it supposed to take 5 people to get a werewolf's health down to 50%..? Seems a little OP to me.

    Mag users will hit harder through the heavy armor and they have CC too. Execute does not have anything with that balancing.
    Medium armor is irrelevant, I was stamcro in medium, I have met mag users who slayed me almost instantly from range.
    Let's be extremely precise in our use of terms.

    Might be malacath's ring. Impen does nothing against that.
