pvp DK poor mobility option and my wish for dk

hello everyone
is about 2 week i restart playing eso from 2 year off , too let the developer work and apply they new vision on the game ,

overall i`m very happy , but he still have some work to do :)
,
i play dk from day 1

and feel dk have a bunch of useless skill and suffer or lack of tool and option , not because they are bad but because other class just do better

i feel dk (skill line ) have a bad mobility vs other class and vs zoner because the mobility skill feel useless for many reason , here some suggestion

make( Unrelenting Grip) 1 Morph Physical with a poison effect or bleeding or scale with the higher ressouce (right now this is the only skill dk have for extra mobility and are useless for stamdk

for other option give (Protective Scale) 1 Morph a Minor Expedition or Major Expedition buff


give dk a ( Lava Whip) Physical whip or at least poison whip( i know some will say go to weapon skill , sadly class passive are so much better , what is the point to pick up a class if you dont use the skill )


idk but for me (Ash Cloud) feel very useless , everyone praise eso is a game with a lot of mobility , i guess that say everything about this very small aoe skill

easy fix make it a aura and rework the buff property


sadly old Stone Giant feel 100% better , the new design feel useless to me ,slow no aoe around the aura , cost . need to hit 3 time to knockdown is just feel bad ,


Dark Talons great change on pts 1 is fire base sadly the other one is not Physical Morph


i think what hurt the dk the most is the class have a bad skill for mobility and close the gap , thank you

    I honestly don't think every class needs everything in it's base kit. Their are options for mobility, both mag and stam. Stam has crit rush from 2h and the snb gap closer as well as movement speed increases from bow dodge rolls and quick cloak. You also have the psijic skill line for mobility. Oh, and you also have chains and if you are mag you can go vampire as well for mist form. I don't really think DK needs mobility to be quite honest but I can understand where you're coming from.

    Wanted to add onto this but DK already has mobility in the form of Empowering Chains and Leap. Both are gap closers and DK's chains comes with Major Expedition. The class that is really lacking mobility is Necromancer as Dragonknights can move when they need to.

    someone one say (I honestly don't think every class needs everything in it's base kit) is easy to say , if you play the class that have everything exenple ( sorc) where are allow to troll with no risk and all reward , some class are allow to zone and reset at amost any cost and risk , making the pvp balance a joke , sure i dont expect some player to be agree because right now they enjoy this situation in game , this same class can abuse broken ravager set on the top of this with hurricane


    i try to say quite not exposing broken op class and asking nerf , but focus more on my class where i have very bad option and class skill that dont scale any dps , anyway i dont expect the one playing op broken stuff to be agree

    the difference here i speak about a melee class vs and you a caster and summoners
    my class skill option are very limited

    DKs are currenty and have been one of the top classes in PvP, having high survivability, pressure, burst, and recovery. A sense of inferiority compared to other classes who "have everything" is misplaced. Each class has gaps in its toolkit, which is why different classes use different sets and non-class skills. DKs also have a passive snare, which absolutely no other class has

    If you want movement speed on DK, just get it. There's nothing stopping you. I used Ring of the Wild Hunt, Steed Stone, and Empowering Chains/Channeled Acceleration on my melee magdk and never felt faster lol. That's +35% movement speed without Major Expedition, +65% with it. It was great! Whip whip whip then zoom on out of there. You might really like a high movement speed Dragonknight.

    P.S. Unrelenting grip is still used by StamDKs. It doesn't need to scale with highest stat because the damage is so so low already, so you're barely missing anything. Try Silver Leash if you want a scaling chain
