I dont like them because i have my own experience in ballgroups. The only thing ballgroups care about are AP nothing more. For example yesterday red ballgroup on EU PC took red scroll from bananas and instead of returning it back to scroll temple ( they were between farragut and arrius) they went all the way to farm AP to nickel
And every ballgroup is same, they doesnt care about other players or campaign. Ive been playing this game for 6 years i know what iam takling about

This and the lag they cause is the main reason I rarely respect them. The worst thing that can happen for my faction is that a ball group gets a hold of a scroll we need since it means we're not gonna get it back. Once in a while I actually see a ball group that does play for the map, in those cases I can actually respect them no matter if they're with or against me. But that is far too rare.
I hate to break it to some people, but in the grand scheme of skilled, competitive (or even fun and functioning) PvP gaming, Cyrodil is an absolute joke and the playerbase reflects that.
I would not even describe the vast majority of players in Cyrodil as PvP'ers (and I mean the hardcore players), more like roleplayers, because no one playing Cyrdoil has any genuine interest in good, skilled, competitive PvP, because the game mode lacks the mechanisms to provide that the vast majority of the time.

Well then whom do you consider to be an actual PvPer? I don't think those of us who play in Cyrodiil are more of a joke than any other part of the community. Sounds to me like you're simply frustrated after struggling through MYM.
No, its the lowest form of life that often use every cheese possible in this game
