So I was under the impression that stats, buffs, modifiers and the like were "locked" in when you cast the ability. However after watching some in depth build guides I heard thats not the case in some or maybe any situations. Was hoping to have a few things cleared up.

Inner light: If I case dots on back bar then swap to front bar that has inner light, will the dots benefit from the higher crit chance?

Mystic siphon: Gives a bar buff to damage. So basically same question as above, will my back bar dots benefit from this when I swap to front bar with mystic siphon on it?

Weapon trait: If I have sharp or precise on front bar will back bar dots take on those stats when I swap?

Weapon type passives: If I cast aoes on a back bar lighting then swap to front bar fire do I lose the 8% aoe damage from shock?
