Active Effects add on

I have an add on that allows me to add the Active Effects from the character screen to the game screen but I am unable to find out which of my add ons do this. On my set up they appear just above my health bar and are aligned horizontally. I have gone through them many times and am not able to find out which add on facilitates this. Any body happen to know which one it might be? Thanks!

✭✭✭Looks like the base game buff tracker, I think that setting is under the combat tab or user interface tab in settings.0 -
BisDasBlutGefriert✭✭✭✭✭Do you use AUI? That comes with an buff/debuff tracker also.~There’s a positive in every negative. Sometimes the positive is harder to find than other times, but there is ALWAYS one there~0 -

Combat tab --> Buffs & Debuffs --> set All to Always Show (in my case)
