Does it work with a weapon to begin with?

Works with everything but the bow I've noticed. It will work with the bow if you release a charged attack slightly before it becomes fully charged.

That combined with siphoning strikes (?) makes Nightblade healers a great choice for aoe healing, you just can't go out of magicka even with a full health build xD you will get enough magicka by light armor passives/gear and if you wish bufffood, I am waiting to see that in pvp, because it makes a aeo zerg against you useless and to catch a nightblade with unlimmited magicka is even more difficult than simply walk into mordor^^
The problem is I don't know if it works, I have only heard of it beeing fine^^
But as always, there is build out there that will counter that, be sure of it xD
