Hireling question

So I have 8 characters, one of them is 3/3 in the 4 major crafting professions (not provisioning) and I have 7 others that are 1/3 in all 4 professions. My issue is the time that the bags are mailed is not in synch, so I may get 1 or 2 bags in the morning, a few midday and a few at night. I didnt make all the characters at the same time, nor did I get their profs up to 3 in the same relative time, nor did I invest the skill points within the same time frame. I would like to synch up my hirelings across the account. Would this require me respecing all of them? Secondly if I did respec them, would that immediately start the timer over or would I need to wait 24 hours?

Quaesivi✭✭✭Skip 1 mail time by being offline and then relog later on when time for all of them has passed then they would be in sync, resetting your skills do not make any difference. I still got my hireling mail couple hours after my last skill reset.0 -
Laharl_Overlord✭✭✭Yes, you'll get a new mail 24 hours after you received your last mail. You get the mail when you log in to that character, so that's the time it counts.
So after you've received mail from your last character for the day, you'll have to wait 24 hours then do all the alts at the same time.
It sounds like something has been changed about the hirelings however. We may not be getting high grade upgrade materials from low level hirelings anymore.
