Tooltip Battle Spirit Imperial City BUFF

This tooltip for the Imp City buff needs to correctly state what it's doing as it seems to be missing a negative 5000 magicka and the health bonus of plus 5000 (according to the tooltip) is in error. Is it missing anything else? When I enter Imp City with 29k health/magicka, I land with 31k health and 24k magicka. The tooltip should reflect what is occurring.
I would rather be playing the game.

✭✭✭✭✭Are you in No CP? Because the only way you will drop in stats is if you are jumping into No CP and losing your champion point magicka buff.

You are absolutely correct. My mistake. Now I have to question if the same thing is happening in BG's. Are BG's no CP as well? Because the same stats are coming up when landing in a BG.I would rather be playing the game.0
