Mod to show active Dolmens/Geysers/Harrowstorms

I was wondering if it was possible to create a mod that would turn active geysers/dolmens/harrowstorms on the map into a different colour.
I havent found such a mod yet and wasnt sure if there is a "handle" in the modding site where you can access the "availability" of such events.

✭✭✭✭✭I looked into this while creating World Event Alert. Unfortunately it does not appear that those events fire anything out to the API, so there is not currently a way to grab those events when they activate.UESP: The Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages - A collaborative source for all knowledge on the Elder Scrolls series since 1995
