at this ask yourself before why this crit meta began? wasn't this caused because of nerf to viability of non-crit build? could be it along with some buffs for crit builds?

so history is repeating like let buff dots to insanity 1st!!! the nerf them into ground to be so much weaker than they was before because this buff was unecessary and op!
