Lag is terrible, skills not picking targets and Gankers running the show. I gave it a really good try this year but I will not go into Cyrodiil or Imperial City again.

That's going to be a certain base level of health, armor (probably heavy), and the proc sets of your choosing.
The server choking is simply a bonus 'feature.'Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...
Earn it.

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -
