So what do you think we'll be the new META for tank and healer sets after update 29? Will they still be offering support sets or will they go for full tank/healer type sets?

Majority of mitigation coming from block and not from what you're wearing.
1 heavy reinforced on chest 5 medium 1 light or 6 medium.
People say there's nothing for Tanks in medium armor but I don't agree. Alkosh, Hide of werewolf, Trapping, Hircine, dead water guile, draugr hulk, Leki and all the crafted sets like Torugs.
