I get this damn error all of the times despite having good internet. I usually don't mind it because I can just wait and re-log and I will still be able to continue with my business but battlegrounds are a different thing. I get kicked of the stupid server while in the middle of a battleground mode and when I try to get back I get the stupid 304 you account is already logged! Even worse! When I can finally log in the stupid game tells me I have a penalty for leaving the BATTLEGROUND LIKE IF IT WAS MY DAMN STUPID CHOICE TO BE KICKED OF THE STUPID SERVER!!! Please just make it so we can get back to the battleground if the server kicks us for NO DAMN REASON!!!!!

Error 304 typically occurs after you have been booted from the ESO megaserver and are attempting to log back in. When this occurs, it can sometimes take a bit of time for the server to register that your character is no longer in game, so it won't allow you to log back in right away.
