In order to rank up from Legate level one to Legate level two do I need to get 2.4 million AP or do I have to get another 32.4 mill AP?

40 Legate /Grade 2 / 2,560,000 /32,864,000
So 2,433,600 AP to get from Legate 1 to Legate 2; by which time you will have earned 32.8 M AP. General will need another 2.560,000 AP.2
