Hi. Perhaps you need to set up a support portal where we can log into and deal with issues. I am finding it bit strange and unsecure, considering you are asking for account verification via insecure email. Anyone can intercept this and use it to stealnthe account.

well in addition to this problem i've got another one...
the support finally responed (yay!!!) and i also noticed a link that doesn't work as when i click on it i'm forwarded to "http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en/error"
though i only see this link when i open the email only as a text email (not in the html version)

the link starts with this
--> https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/account/questions/detail

so i|m guessing there is already a support portal... but maybe not activated for everyone ?

Hey guys,
The email adress from where you get replies from the support ESO_Help@helpmail.elderscrollsonline.com doesn t exist. You need to modify the adress and make it:
ESO_Help@elderscrollsonline.com
How do I know this? Well I guessed it and it worked

They receive what I send, with attachments etc...
Give it a try.

Except I have responded to that email (ESO_Help@helpmail.eldercrolls.com before and it worked fine, so thank you for the suggestion but until they tell me to use the email you tried I will play it safe and wait.

But I've already sent like 3 mails to that address and they reply back telling me that they've received my attachments ..
So it does work

Well it all worked out, I forwarded my info to cs online via my account and they got me all squared away!
