Drop rate for style pages really that bad?

Looks like they copied the odds of the old Legion Zero pages, those were insanely rare as drops too. Luckily you can still buy them with tickets.

Ebonsteel dropped more for me than second legion one, I remember the whole fuss about Legion zero pages. I don't mind the farm, only in NA.

Its always been RNG, which can be good or bad. I've farmed bosses in IC and only found a single one.

Yeah, such a low drop rate .. not sure why it's so hard to get to a sweet spot for these guys, you'd think they'd be able to help folks out more.

I remember Legion styles drop rate also annoyed people a lot

So didn't even attempt to farm this time

I haven't found any yet, but the only bosses I've farmed are the mini(?) bosses at the crossed-swords icons in the IC sewers. Is it just the patrolling horrors that drop them, or do all bosses drop them? In past events it was any boss.
