✭✭I don't believe it's possible. Major fortitude requires a restore health component, and 2 of the 3 spell power reagents (for major sorcery) instead have a ravage health effect1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I don’t think it exists. Not sure what build you’re going for exactly, but you can get Health + Major Fortitude, Magicka + Major Intellect and Major Prophecy. Then you just need to use one of the other sources of Major Sorcery.1
