Free pet for verified accounts

I double checked (ps na) and my email is verified and the marketing is on. When should we see our pets show up/when should we be 'concerned ' if they don't?

It will never show up. I did the verification and I never recieved the pet.

I've been verified for years, so surely the "it will never show up" isn't the answer

It is not only about verification!
You have to Opting In to Email

"To opt in to marketing emails, log in to your ESO account, navigate to your Options menu, and then select Account. From there, under “Marketing Preferences” you can enable marketing emails.

You can also do this from the official website. From your account page, select “Marketing Preferences” under the Account Summary section, then check the “I would like to receive news about new events and promotions” box and select “Save.”

By opting in to marketing emails, you’ll receive information on latest news, trailers, sales, and more. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by changing your Marketing Preferences as noted above (or using the unsubscribe feature included in our marketing emails)."

I opted in to e-mails quite some time ago and have been pleasantly surprised. They do not spam me. The few e-mails they send me are legit marketing for things I might be interested in and are relevant. I have not found it necessary to opt back out at all.

I agree its not a bombardment at all. I get so much junk mail on my personal email its a breath of fresh air actually when I see a TESO email in my inbox. Opt in through the marketing presences tab and get your free pet folks!

I watched the ENTIRE stream and supposedly received 3 Oborous crates and the Dragonfrog pet

My ESO account has NOT been updated to show these being received to date.

So yeah ZoS. Where are my Twitch stream drops? Or are you pulling a Star Citizen where you blatantly lie to the fan base just to market whatever new features you've got coming?

I'm new to Twitch and I received the lil pet and 3 crates (no crowns) but they only showed up a day later when I logged into ESO.

I got the opt in pet last summer - I'd been opted into email on both PC accounts ever since 2018 when I started playing, and really I don't get many emails from ZOS. I do get two of them when they arrive of course....
