@Daemons_Bane In only very rare cases will you ever get push back from a retailer when it comes to broken products. And in most cases, you will find the packaging damaged in major and obvious methods that will signal the a damaged product, and so if you have gotten pushback from the retailer you purchased it from, you can just film yourself opening it, pointing out the damaged packaging from the shipping process, and then you suddenly have evidence to back up your claim. I've never had to worry about that before though, because in only very rare cases will a retailer ever give you any guff about it.0
