Crashing every time I try to log in after today's patch

I heard so many people having issues with crashes lately. I just came back to the game a couple weeks ago and barely crashed since then, maybe one or two times.
Now, after downloading todays patch I crash a couple seconds after trying to log in every time. I don't even make it to character select.
Anyone else having this issue?

If you are still experiencing crashes after the update, you may need to run a repair through the launcher as some files may not have updated correctly.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
