How do you get lower level provisioning recipes?

I reached lvl 50 already, but never really levelled my provisioning.
I had several low level ones that managed me to level it up to rank 4 recipes.

The thing is, I don't have any rank 4 recipes to craft with.
Everytime I found recipes on cabinets, they're all for rank 5 since I'm already lvl 50

So my question is this, can I still find rank 4 recipes from cabinets? Since I can't even find any in guild stores.

I don't think I have come across level 4 recipes. My went from level 1, level 5, level 10, level 20, and currently level 25.

I am sure there are several above level 25, I just haven't come across them yet (yes I am level 50 provisioner).

Hes speaking of the tier level of those recipes.
You can easily level up to provisoning 50 with tier 3 recipes. Unfortunately youc an find atm only rank 6 recipes, since your already 50. My problem with that is, that you need to be VR5 to actually use the food from rang 6 recipes. And the ones for 50 are not dropping anbymore for my char .... (Luckily for me, I already got the rare recipe for my preferred food when my char was smaller but i have no chanche of finding the epic recipe for my level.)

I usually got mine from searching through guild stores.

The game has a really nice ability that it tells you what recipes you already know when you hover your mouse over it, showing it as a "recipe" or a "known recipe".
Even though I only make VR food, I'll still buy some recipes I don't know for lower levels if they're cheap enough (less than 100 gold).
