I can tell you what that magical McGuffin is going to be... the Sword of the Moon Reiver. Made from his own blood, it is the only artifact that can actually harm him, as it is believed that no other weapon can.

I am worried about this too. And supposedly the end of the story (last DLC) will take place exclusively in the Deadlands. Well, going by what we know of DLC layouts, this means a zone with one major city with all the amenities - a mortal city in the Deadlands? A magically-shielded haven where we gather all our allies to launch attacks against Dagon, armed with a MacGuffin?

Hmm, I wonder where we've seen THAT before...not like the main quest had exactly the same concept or anything.

I really REALLY hope they won't just recycle the Hollow City/Coldharbour story....

Just miffed that he dead lands is going to be a story zone dlc....zone is going to be to small if it’s like the others, two world bosses and two delves.

Hope we get more, -looks at cold harbour- if it’s kinda not on the same level, it’s gunna be sad.

As someone who's never played Oblivion, and bascially have no idea of who Dagon is (other than what he appears to look like) I have no expectations, other than I too hope it won't just be a different version of the main quest
