davapoole✭✭✭you have to have linked eso account to twitch to get it and have twitch set to online in top right the green tab click switch in drop down to show online so it sees you but they dont say all this0

✭I only got 3 and it was a right pain in the butt trying to get my Twitch to link properly with the forum account. But at least they weren't doing it on FB.

✭✭@ZOS_SarahHecker The Twitch campaign stopped exactly at 7:00 PM, even though the stream itself ran longer. Because the campaign stopped, progress on earning crates stopped too.
I've been watching the stream since the beginning, but because there is a little bit of lag with the reward and restarting the credit count for the next crate, it is impossible to get all 4 within the 2-hour timeframe, because each crate effectively takes just a couple of minutes longer than 30 and the credit stopped at 7 PM sharp rather than when the stream actually stopped.
This means that people are left with an almost-completed 4th crate.
The same thing happened with me.. didn't get the 7pm or 7:30pm crates.. I took a screenshot to show I watched both

xgoku1✭✭✭✭✭What they did was run a 2 hour twitch drop campaign so unless you claimed instantly after crate drop every 30 minutes (practically impossible) you would miss out on the last crate. Really amateur - should've run it with some buffer time so people can claim it.
Crate drop wouldn't start unless the previous crate was claimed! This wasn't explained well, and the whole drop system seems to be bugged on mobile.5 -

Had to go through all the account linking malarky and by time I sorted that and was waiting for the % to get to 100 they pulled the plug....
.... but they were still talking about the CP changes on stream when that happened.
I got the frog pet thing, but 0 crates.

EDIT: The way the streamer had explained it, the times would have been as follows, assuming you claimed each drop instantly:
5:00 - Start watching
5:15 - 1st drop, pet
5:45 - 2nd drop, crate 1
6:15 - 3rd drop, crate 2
6:45 - 4th drop, crate 3

The steam ended after 7:30 so some should have gotten a fourth crate. They ran over but progress stopped anyway. I cleaned instantly, a popup would appear on chat the second you earned it. It was not hard. I would have gotten the fourth crate.Edited by spartaxoxo on January 27, 2021 1:33AM0 -

There was a bit of a learning curve to min max this, only ended up getting 3.. but i think this is so much better than the "chance" system previously.

shinySoul ShrivenI watched from the beginning to about 15 minutes past the end and got one crate (plus the dragon frog). After the stream I checked my Twitch drops and it showed I had one crate claimed and one other crate waiting to be claimed, but when I clicked "Claim now", I got "Error Occurred, Drop was not claimed".
However, when I tried again a few minutes later, although I got the same error, I noticed it now said I had claimed 2 crates. It was still showing another crate waiting to be claimed, but when I clicked on it, I got the same error again.
I've tried a few times to claim the next (third) crate, but I still get the error and it's still showing only 2 crates claimed.
I have not logged into ESO yet to see what is actually waiting to there.1 -

Yeah, it's not perfect, but I couldn't agree more. I hated the chance system before because, like many others, RNG hates me.1 -

✭I was watching at 4 PM EST, and watched through the ESO Live stream. I received only 2 crates, even though I began claiming them as soon as they started dropping and it allowed me to claim a 3rd crate in the Twitch Drops Inventory. That 3rd crate then disappeared. So that was weird.0
