I PRE ordered the collectors edition due to website being worked. On.As I confirmed it it brought me back to website is down. Money was taken and i see nothing if having the pre order

    Do you have an order confirmation Email? A record in your Bank's online transaction history? These are proofs of receipt so in the event Launch comes and you don't get access to the content you preordered and you can send ZOS an image of one of those to show you made the purchase.

    Same thing just happened to me. No confirmation e-mail received, just proof of the money being taken via transaction history.

    The same exact thing with me too. No e-mail but my money has been taken.

    It looked as if I didn't get it as well steam stoped working

    But I got an email confirming in some time and the collectibles in game

    I went to the website from in game Crown Store & had no problem with my order going through.
