On playstation store you can buy entire game but not digital upgrade ?

    I saw both the Collector's Edition and regular add ons available on PSN.

    Full games for sale, upgrades said "unavailable at this time".

    Both were available on PSN NA for preorder. Don't know what's making it different for us.
