Chairs still not functioning correctly

Chairs are still not functioning correctly in the Hall of the Lunar Champion. I will move the chair to resave its position and it will function fine but when I leave the area and come back the chairs will be nonfunctional again.

✭✭Rats! I was really hoping that the issue was fixed.
I have problems with random chairs/stools (mostly, but occasionally a couch/sofa) in several of my homes. Sometimes, even repositioning them doesn't help.0
