Godslayer Mount

Hello,
A while back I completed Godslayer, and the achievement Sunspire Dragonbreak is bugged. Everything is ticked except Sunspire Conquer and Sunspire Completed. (Which is just vSS, I’ve got the achievements for it but there just not ticked in the Sunspire Dragonbreak)So then I haven’t received the Sunspire Senche Lion, which is pretty frustrating and I seriously cannot be the only person with this bug.

I have sent multiple support tickets and I get the same response, we have sent the bug to the development team. Before that they told me to retry the content and try completing vSS once again I have done this but the achievement is bugged.

As far as I know there was never a case when they were granting achievements through the support ticket. Know a person with bugged D-Destroyer and IR, both were just told to "do it again as we can't grant achievements" so it's unresolved still.

I wouldn’t mind as much, as IR GH etc.... are easily doable. The fact that it’s GS Mount and that I took me and the team I was in a while to complete it and now that I’m full time working it’s kinda hard to juggle raid schedules and work. Difference with GH/IR I can log on and because I’ve had a lot of experience getting these achievements they’re no problem.

It's pretty handy you lack completion ones as they're seems to be more appropriate to be granted through the ticket then any other, can only wish you luck. I'd be pissed also with hand of alkosh not being granted tbh, others are way less rng and much less time consuming.

That is heartbreaking....

I want to earn that achievement one day...

I would raise The oblivion plane if I was ever denied the mount once I have done it fair and square.

I would advice only having one Ticket running about that. Multiple tickets at the same time will do the opposite of helping you.

But they should be able to help you. You clearly did Veteran and should get the achievement for that. If you do it again on vet and it still doesnt unlock thats a case for the support. Just dont stop replying. Annoy them until they maybe escalate that ticket to someone who cam grant you that.

Multiple times i have completed vSS and even vSS HM to see if it works, but it doesn't i have sent multiple tickets regarding this but the ESO Forums seem to get more attention as ive had a friend post an issue on the forums and its been resolved this patch. But then again that was an eso bug not an account achievement bug so maybe i won't get the luck im looking for here.

I would like to see the break down (drop down arrow) of the Conqueror and Completed sections. When there are multiple tasks, often the first one completed will trigger the base achievement points, bui the ENTIRE achievement has not been completed

Support may not be able to give you achievements, but they are definitely able to give you the mount manually since you are clearly eligible for it. I got one this way - I was eligible for the mount but for some reason I didn't get it, so I opened a ticket and received the mount manually in a few days. Don't stop bothering them.

Well Sunspire Completed and Sunspire conqueror have been completed due to the fact ive got a date to the right of it showing i have completed the achievement and if you need more clarification once the servers are up ill update this post with pictures.

They can give achievements too, they just don't want everyone to know. Just yesterday someone told me they did vmol nd and one person blue screened right at the time rakkhat died. They didn't get the achievement.

All 12 people sent in a ticket and now they have it.

Also, they can definitely manually give the mount. Didn't that one guy on console get the GS mount upon winning some competition where you could ask for any in game mount and he asked for that one. 😄

Sorry to hear that Nexon, it really sucks.
I have similar problem with Dro mathra destroyer, I've done all required achievements, but the "moons champion" doesnt recognise fang focused that i redone 3 times. After many, many tickets I got only mechanical responses each time that they don't give out achievements, so I wouldn't have high hopes that they fix it for you. If they do manage to get your problem fixed however, please let me know, I've been waiting almost a year

It could ve been worse. Like getting the Senche of Scarlet Regret after opening 1.000 Ouroboros crates and not appearing in you collection.

So many stuff broken in this game I dont know what to expect from ZOS anymore...

These mechanical responses are the worst thing ever. You try to talk to them as a human being so you expect to be treated as a human being and instead they copy-paste the same stuff over and over again. The game needs fixing, yes, but the support has to be changed too. It's very client-unfriendly.

Nex all I can say is good luck, you gonna need it. Welcome to the bugged achievements club.

Just to clarify - many times support tickets get an automated response initially, users often have to reply to that same ticket until they get a response from a person before any resolution occurs. Starting a fresh support ticket will only serve to restart the procedure.

First , sorry that it happened on this achievement of all achievements . But its an bug thats existing for over 4 years . On my character it started in craglorn with completing all delves but not counting it for the upper craglorn achievement. And I know lots of people who have March of Sacrifices speed and no death run but missing the conquerer achievement for the personality. In other words its all the same bug i think you completed it but its not counting for the 'combined' achievement.

Yeah, it sucks maybe if this post can get some attention from ZOS maybe just ,maybe there'll work on all the bugged achievements.
