There are a number of posts about this on the forum already, but all dated back 2018 when it seems the Outfit was first released. I don't know if it had been on sales ever again since then but here it is once again.
So... it seems you, ZOS, simply ignored what was discussed in these topics, especially regarding the cost and the plasticity of the "fabric" but, as for me, the worse part is the design as a whole.
Apparently, you simply transformed a preexistent model/shape/texture/whatever in a costume instead of making it subtly glamorous as the Nocturnal we know from previous games (Skyrim, mostly. She was hideous in Oblivion)
Just for the sake of comparison:

A better view of what we've got:

Or perhaps her shrine's statue:

It's all very... generic. Our hair is gone, the embroidery simply doesn't match... Add this discrepancy to the plastic appearance and not even the black-not-black Void Pitch Dye saves (me) from having irks just looking at it in the Outfit Station.
I'm sure you're capable of something better. Something worthy of 2k Crowns
