Mundus Stone Choice Disappears In Active Effects

Not sure what is happening but any character I let sit idle for a few days, the mundus stone boon under Active Effects is gone. I have to go back to the mundus stone and re apply. I haven't seen this happen on the characters I play often.
Is this a bug of some type? I searched but didn't see any mention. Thanks!!!

Flameweaver1951✭✭✭I had this a while back, but that was due to a nerf to the numbers for mundus stone. Re-acquiring the now lesser boon fixed the problem.

I noticed that a lot of times as well.
I know the Greymoor patch reset the Mundus on a bunch of characters. I also suspect Stone Garden is resetting the Mundus (there is a thread about this).
I now check my Mundus every single time before doing harder content.2 -

Lover is my go to mundus and that one has goes poof too on some chars.0
