Wrathstone out of formation achievement bugged?

We have killed him multiple times while preventing the phalanx from passing through him. Is this achievement bugged or am I missing something?

✭same. We even killed two ghosts to be sure there's enough space for the boss to not touch the wall, but still didn't get it. We attempted it during hardmode. In the second phase where we get teleported, we moved to the edge on the rocks to avoid any other walls, but still didn't get it.-PC EU- / battlegrounds on my youtube0 -

✭✭✭✭✭We did it yesterday and had no problems getting it. Killed 2 ghosts in the wall and tank made sure to pull it right through the middle.
The "walls" in Malatar have always been slightly longer than their animations indicate, so this could have been the issue.

Can someone please point the exact criteria for this achievement? It appears to be simple but we have done multiple tries where we are sure we have done everything correctly (3 aurorans breach, all colored aurorans and a nuke in the end) but we still can't get it. Some of us have it from previous updates about a year ago and we didn't even try it that much. What could be wrong?0
