So When Will ZOS Openly Admit It Has A Werewolf Problem?

At the same time though we must admit that players who do use werewolves on a regular basis pay a high price...

Instead of looking at their carefully crafted characters they have to put up with one of the laziest, junkiest, most badly animated creature models in the entire game.

They’ve had that werewolf behemoth for what, two years? In all that time they couldn’t just shrink it down and replace the old model with it!?

We should have compassion though, for there are brave players willing to play this game for hours on end using a character model that looks absolutely awful 🤮

This hurts me so much. I've been advocating an update or using behemoth ever since I saw how playable they are in stone garden. Also why is werewolf so ridiculously tiny? Nords are taller tbh.
That one khajiit obsessed with werewolf behemoth and vampire lord. Lady Thorn is bae, dont @ me.
    Werewolf behemoth=vampire lord>blood scion>werewolf>vampire.

Maybe they don't because they don't see a problem? Maybe it is just your own perception?

If health regen heavy armor sets are what is making them OP then why not introduced a mechanic that both Stage 4 Vampires from ESO and Skyrim Werewolves had?

They ought to just increase the damage Dawnbreaker/fighter's guild skills do on werewolves/vampires/daedra to be 50-75% and see if that culls them. It would be aweful hard to survive a coordinated dawnbreaker ulti-drop if the WW's are balled up tight.

The saddest part about all of this, is the effect it's gonna have on the PvE wolves..

Yup and no one gives a toot about that. We are already almost useless in PVE and they want more nerfs.

Yes. Please don’t touch my pve wolves. Made a pretty good vet dlc wolf tank and a wolf DPS and I’m loving it. I don’t pvp with him and thusly I’d like to not have any nerfs affect him. Wolves were bottom of the barrel for years and just recently get to shine.

As others have said. It’s heavy armor that’s the problem. Wearing it with the right sets can make you unkillable in most situations and still able to deal good damage. Nerfing wolves would only hurt us pve players and the “cheese users” would simply move on to the next great exploit and then we’d have threads about those in a few months. time.

They might be an issue in pvp, but merging them would make the really bad in PvE again

You can not separate pvp and pve in this game, gear sets and skills dont work that way. So what is cheese in one must be dealt with regardless of the salty tears of players. Now pve cheese generally takes longer to be nerfed than pvp cheese only because its more appearant and easier to acknowledge by developers. But fear not... watch the patch notes and pts and plan accordingly like always. The cheese will still exist and salty tears must flow.

An mmo can not do that or accept the players to hold the cheese for long. Thats bad game design, you dont understand the mechanics of skinner's box. The salt must flow, the cheese must be moved once too many have found it... so they can find it again. If you didn't do that, you increase the churn and burn zones of player loss.

Not really as its just very mobile, and in a pinch every single one of their pets can be stunned. Now their frags are pretty strong but you can dodge them unless they get like a Rune Cage lined up, but that's countered by an unstoppable potion or Mistform.

The only problem with WW is how long you can stay in WW form. They should be powerful and tanky but the duration and ease at which they stay in the WW form is what makes them annoying.

I have seen werewolfs being melted in BGs. For me, ESO has Necromancer Problems, every second player in BG (including me) is necromancer with ravenous goliath transformation. :D

    WW > Vamp >>> mortals.

But us mortals have a pure number advantage. It may takes more of us to kill WW and Vamps, but we mortals will purge WW/Vamp curse off Tamriel! Bring out pitch and fork!

I spent the entire afternoon yesterday in Cyro. I saw a total of three werewolves. I was one of them. The only one that was a problem was one of those kite-around-the-tower folks, which is par for the course in Cyro. I watched a zerg of 12 people chase this person around and none of them had any CCs.

Nothing to see here as far as I'm concerned.

Werewolf,Vampire,Deadra or Dragon tis one of the reasons i shun away anything related to PvP. Extreme unbalance and annoyance. Waste of precious time .ESO is behemoth of a game, to waste over addiction in aspects stated in thread is so wrong, regretable even, You do not want to regret one day taking over PvP over exploration, story, lore etc...

What about adding poison effect that speeds up the ww meter making it harder to maintain long term and poison name can be wolfsbane poison. You can even have a new wolfsbane flower to farm adding something to make gold selling.

as ive never heard someone tell the tank they wasnt doing good dps taking the damage away from tanks / heavy armor wouldnt hurt pve at all so to make pvp an better area adding in an debuff to damage for heavy armor wouldnt hurt anything AS TANKS DONT NEED DAMAGE TO DO THEIR JOBS
TO NOT HURT THE 5/1/1 SYSTEM OF BUILDS MAKE ITS SO DEBUFF ONLY APPLIES ONCE 2 OR MORE OF HEAVY ARMOR IS USED SO THAT PLAYERS STILL HAVE THE 5/1/1 SYSTEM IF THEY CHOOSE TO USE IT
