Game crashing PS4 Europe

Game now constantly crashes (blue error screen) on PS4 Europe when scrolling down guild list been happening before last maintenance patch please fix this

    Several people in my PVP guild have same issue on PS4 EU

    I just keep getting the ‘timed out’ error when attempting to log in to characters. Takes a couple of tries.

    But guildmates have said are blue screening looking at notifications or guild roster.

    Hi!
    This is the GM of an Huge guild . I wanted to say that the problem is in the MoTD itself and when updating notes/roster it crashes the whole system. And lot of Guilds experience this problem. The fix is to delete the message of the day,but your support team is nowhere to be found/getting automatic messages.Second point is when huge guild,bids big coin for their current trader. This bug will affect the guild because players can’t play a game which is unplayable. A lot of tickets have been sent by the members and players and the answer is an automatic message which solves nothing.
    I think that their needs to be an fix in your support department. And this is not an attack, it’s just an frustration on when we as a team play the game and achieve great things.

    Can confirm. After maintenance trials been really hard as some are constantly crashing. It only seems to affect certain players, not all.

    @ZOS_SarahHecker I am in the guild that has the issues with the crashing. I believe it is the esoiu art codes used in the motd causing the crash.

    It was previously fixed by a Zos team member wiping the entire contents of the motd.

    I have Dm'd you with relevant information to solve the issue

    Sadly we play on PS and it's weekend so most likely nothing will happen till next week. Would it be on PC, it will get fixed asap.

    Got an reply from them. They will now submit the ticket to ”Advanced Team” . Don’t know what this mean. Maybe an advanced automatic message on how to delete esocache. Let’s see. It’s funny on how they offer you to buy crowns and add other nice stuff, yet the core thing they missing is to make the customer happy and make an nice experience for all customers.
