FIX SNIPE DESYNC

Hello,
as the title says snipe has got a crazy desync, as a small scale player this is a total plague for me as i often find myself low health for no reason due to those pleasant snipe players. I dont mind if this is a brainless skill, but atleast i'd like to see this work properly. Am i asking too much?

    I actually forgot to say that in this video i couldn't do nothing, cast any skill, just nothing at all. I was already dead for the server and i just had to wait.

    i showed the toogle, they were 2 guys with sheer venom or smth
